The Chart list preparation timings depend on the scheduled departure time of the preferred train. Suppose a train will depart on evening 6:00 pm so the chart will prepare before 4-6 hour of that departure timing. Generally, for every train, the chart time is prepared before this timing from the Origin railway station.
What is Chart Time?
The Chart time list will display all the details against one passenger. Morning Trains Chart Preparation time:
Generally, for the morning shift train i.e the train which has departure time before 11:00 am is prepared on the previous day before 8:00 pm. Some times it also depends on the origin station working rules and criteria. In that case, if you leaving on any morning train then it will be easy to get know the seat confirmation on the previous evening only.
Evening Trains Chart Preparation time:
There are many trains which start depart from the various station on evening time. So as we informed you earlier that generally chart made before 4-6 hours prior to departure. In the same way, the chart list for evening trains gets prepared before 3-4 hours in every station.
Midnight Trains Chart Preparation time:
If the scheduled departure time of a train is after 12:00 am or in the early morning then the chart will get ready in the evening 8:00 pm only.
